Hydroponic , Aeroponic, and locally grown on our indoor vertical farm in Placer County without the use of GMOs, pesticides or herbicides. Our harvest to delivery time is within a few hours. We work directly with Chefs and local businesses to minimize the supply chain. We create year round customized produce orders to meet our local chefs seasonal goals.
